You must be new to dieting, lol. My husband calls this my "fish wife" period, and he gets tired of it and buys me some dark chocolate or f/f frozen yogurt or something, to get me to eat something and raise the serotonin levels. I've lost weight a bunch of times, this type of attitude is normal, any diet means you have to deprive yourself at least a little bit, and a person doesn't like that!! If a person has been living "high off the hog" for a long time, some deprivation is necessary, and it's not easy to get used to doing that, even if it's reasonable to finally DO IT! That is one reason I keep Skinny Cow bars in the freezer at all times, and something like that is my 7 pm treat, to have something good and tasty to look forward to. Figure out what it would be for You, some treat every day that isn't over board in calories.
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
