Thank you everyone for the advice. I think I am getting into a good groove. The only thing sore on my body is my feet :/ Can't wait till they don't hurt cause of my extra weight...

You might just be a work out addict if:

you volunteer to babysit the neighbors twins so that you can dress them in over-alls so that you can lift them by the straps and do your upper body work out.

If you wear your Fit Bit with your negligee.....

If you bench press your 2 year old before breakfast

If you buy your weeks worth of groceries one item at a time in the commissary and jog it out to your car

If you deliberately go over calories so that you have to spend an extra hour on the treadmill

If you break into strangers backyards and take their dogs on walks

I'm sure there are more signs...

I would argue that since both of the things you have already done today were pretty low impact, that you could safely exercise a bit more if you feel up to it.

There are no hard-and-fast rules for these things.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Currently learning: Mexican cumbia, danzón, Cuban rumba

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, ballroom rumba

You do need to give your body time to recover. As you get stronger and more fit you will be able to exercise longer and harder.

Listen to your body. If you think you're up to some more cardio, go for it.

One stumble does not a failure make.

Everything in moderation.

So I already did my walk and went to my water aerobics class today, but I still want to workout.

I am starting to really enjoy it, but I don't want to overdo it.

How much working out is too much?
