Regardless of where you are able to shop, make the healthiest choices that you can afford from what is available to you.
If WalMart is the option, then WalMArt it is.
If you can afford fresh fruit then buy it. If not buy frozen or canned. Same with veggies. Look for low sodium or low sugar options.
I am concerned that you are not feeling well and are losing weight. Have you seen your doctor? Are your blood sugars okay? Just got the blahs and the not hungries? Make sure that whatever is going on is not serious then focus on improving your nutrition.
