There is a ton of sodium in packaged and canned foods.

Your daily diet should include many servings of veggies - fresh or frozen. They provide many nutrients and fiber (which help you feel more full) and have very, very few calories.

My dinner the other day was 2 cups steamed carrots (lol, I know...but hey I was in the mood for carrots). 2 cups were 100 calories. A smidge of butter brought my dinner to 180 calories.

There's to much sodium in almost everything you eat Not hard to go over your sodium limit by the end of the day. You realize you gone over your sodium limit by time your day ends by like a couple 100 or a 1000 and not realizing it until you check your tracker.

Was over 325 start of November but I been having bad headaches and been having other issues as well. Anyways I'm an old members back from 2011 I bought DVD's such as Cardio Blast. I going to be getting back into it again next week after I get my new pedometer that measures my distances,steps and calories as well. I'm so looking forward in using my DVD and going back to my local gym here. I love the elliptical I can go 30+ minutes on that machines. Anyways I keep you all up to date on my progress and thank you for the kind and support here and good luck to you guys as well.

Regardless of where you are able to shop, make the healthiest choices that you can afford from what is available to you.

If WalMart is the option, then WalMArt it is.
If you can afford fresh fruit then buy it. If not buy frozen or canned. Same with veggies. Look for low sodium or low sugar options.

I am concerned that you are not feeling well and are losing weight. Have you seen your doctor? Are your blood sugars okay? Just got the blahs and the not hungries? Make sure that whatever is going on is not serious then focus on improving your nutrition.

Its that time again where have to do for food at our local walmart. I'm looking back and want to start back to lose more of my weight again. i haven't lost much but I been not feeling well either some reason I been losing weight without trying hard. Anyways I want to eat healthier and watch my calorie intake and other nutritions that I want to watch for as well.
