It's our Motto, "Repeat and Repent", over and over, that's why we are all here.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

I've heard that eating half a grapefruit after meals really does help with weight loss. Other citrus would probably work as well.

A friend of mine has been successful with her weight loss by eating protein and veggies, and of course including fruit. Beans, green veggies... and that still keeps me able to eat meat. She also said, and I saw this on Dr. Oz I think..that eating a citrus after each meal helps as well. Has anyone else heard about that? I'm trying to give it a try. Keep you posted Sparklers!

Sounds like a good start. It's good to get right back on track after a binge.

Hope it goes well. Is this the diet you mentioned before? i.e. was it deliberate bingeing or unintended?
