I have several people. I use Holly from this season's biggest loser. she's a Olympic power lifter.......since I lift weights myself I use her. Jesus is also my motivation. so is my arthritis.......as I want to stay out of a wheel chair.

These kinds of journeys need a person's full attention, since only you can make those food choices, others aren't there to guide your hand into your mouth. If you follow others, than you can easily blame others for your own failures............it's a journey you need to walk alone.
