My workout was fabulous! I am on Week 2 of the Couch to 5k training program (using my iphone app) and I'm loving it. I felt more energy and inner strength on my run today than I have in such a long time and it was absolute bliss!

Strength training videos were okay, my walk this morning was nice because it was only about 60 degrees and I only encountered a couple cars, and then the dancing video I tried was actually kind of fun.
