Really intense, and I liked that. I got up a little late, so I had to shave about 10 minutes off my usual time, so I upped the intensity a bit on the treadmill by increasing the incline.

Awesome! I did a "drops workout" on my road bike today (on the bike trainer since it was -16 degrees in Minneapolis this morning). After a 10 minute warm up at a cadence of 90-95, I held that cadence and stayed upright for 1 minute and then in the drops for 1 minutes (drops are the lower part of road bike handlebars), up for 2 minutes and down for 2, up for 3 and down for 3, up for 4 and down for 4, up for 5 and down for 5.

Just thinking about it makes me want to do it again!

Dreaded leg day is right BUTT, it's good for a nice round bottom, LOL!

Shoulders are hurting....but in a good way.

Well, I'm in the Pacific Northwest where we rarely get snow--usually just an inch or two once a year. There is a foot and a half of snow right now!

My gym closed due to weather, so I shoveled a path around my entire building this morning. I'm going to take a walk later. I've exercised almost 900 minutes this week, so I suppose it is OK to just take it easy today.

Dances: salsa (standard/LA), casino, rueda de casino, cumbia Colombiana, bachata, mambo, cha-cha-chá, merengue, reggaetón.

Currently learning: Mexican cumbia, danzón, Cuban rumba

Dances to Learn in the future: flamenco, tango Argentino, samba, belly dancing, bhangra, ballroom rumba

I just learned about it last month and watched a bunch of CrossFit youtube videos and then practiced them for about two weeks with light weights, I started real routines last week. It's killer!
