EXCELLENT. Eric of Quality Strength was my trainer today. He had be sumo lifting a 50 lb. barbell. bent over row, with 2 -20lb. weights, and a deep knee bend with 2- 25 lb. weights. I amaze myself!

My First 15 minutes of dancing alone to Oldies playing on Pandora Radio were a little silly feeling --- but it also felt wonderful. Our muscles do remember how to move, they remember the burn, they remember the tightening, the release, contraction, extension, so on and so forth.
I feel like I officially have begun the journey back and I acknowledge it fully tonight. Be well my friends.

emoticon There are goals I have, they all involve the ability to move and have stamina again, and better health levels all around.
One very precious one. is a grandchild, hopefully arriving in late June of 2015.
