When you calculate percentage of weight lost, do you use the starting weight, or your current weight?
For example, I started at 167lbs, and Ive lost 8 lbs. If I use the original weight, I've lost 4% but if I use my current weight, Ive lost 5%.
That difference between those two percents is just going to get bigger with the loss in weight, so I feel like I should know which # I should be using. :-)
