I do but we have sandy, acidic soil so it is a challenge. Container gardening will be the new plan this year. I like to pick fresh chocolate peppermint leaves and throw them in a cup to make tea. How about you?

Yes..the snow is almost gone here in the valley..but on the foot hills its still quite deep. Today my husband has gone out into the south pasture and is collecting manure into a old wheelbarrow. Then trudging through the field to bring it to his beloved raspberries and blackberries for the spring feeding. Me I am just watching..as its still too early for me to want to get out in the mud. We have 3 raised beds..2 foot high x 3 foot across..x 50 ft. long... They are wonderful to work with..as I am getting older and don't bend as well as I used to..In with the veggies I sprinkle zinnias ..I love to see them pop up in the summer and put forth such a colorful show, among the green. I can't wait to start the seeds..Spring is such a wonderous time of the year.
