I agree with MISSVJS ~ commercial dressings aren't especially healthy. I think, so long as you like vinaigrettes, it's just as simple to make your own in one of those shakers someone mentioned, or also have a little dipping cup for some instead of pouring it over the entire salad.
One thing you might try is the sub "sauce" they sell in most grocery delis. Those are mostly oil and vinegar, with various herbs added. That can be pretty tasty, although it still goes back to those unhealthy oils. You could make your own though, and infuse it with whatever herbal flavors you like.
Homemade mayo is easy, and you can do lots of things with it. You could thin it out a bit with milk or water, or maybe even sour cream, yogurt... if you like creamier dressings, anyway. Any of those combinations would take seasonings well.
