I've been on low carb friends and taste of home sites for 11 years, but we mostly chit chat and post our exercise and menus, commiserate with each other, because of repeating and repenting with going off and on eating plans................
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
I had MyFitnessPal on my phone for like a day or so, then deleted it (this was while I was already on SP). I was only curious to see what it was, and in my opinion, you just can't beat SP! This is only my opinion, mind you, but I love Spark very much. I do not see myself ever straying from here again. :o)
