Yay I accomplished my first mini goal - 190 lbs by Feb. 28. My next goal is 180 lbs by March 31. I am working hard to change my lifestyle and eating habits. Choosing much healthier food. Anyone got ideas for a homemade protein/fiber bar without a lot of calories or fancy ingredients?
