Hopefully weigh in day will be less stressful as you develop a healthier lifestyle. It's funny how knowing you ate well all week and exercised regularly makes stepping on the scale easier.
Don't forget about looking for your non scale related victories too. Meeting a goal like eating 5 servings of fruit/vegetables a day for 5 days is something to be proud of. So is meeting a goal of exercising 3 times a week.
Look for other rewards too. Pants aren't tight at the waist anymore? Whoo hooo! Don't need to buy a new belt? Awesome!
Remember small changes, small goals lead to BIG Victories!
