I don't have the power to delete a post. I am not a Community Leader. The other post was deleted by Spark People. Not necessarily because she had posted her link, but because she was calling others posters names.

Made it to my maintenance weight of 125 pounds.
Eat what you like and if someone comments, eat them too
delete this post if you like. that is fine. I found this while doing a search to find other plexus users for support. I will say up front, I do sell it to help with the cost. That said, I am not even going to post my link. I don't want your sale. I want you to know what it has done for me.
It is an all natural product. It has helped immensely in so many ways. The biggest change I have noticed is it has stopped my carb cravings. I actually crave good things like water. Before, I craved steaks ALL the time. I haven't had a craving for steaks since I started and haven't ordered once. I have been ordering fish, chicken, salads, and soups when I am out to eat. That is something I never did before. In my first month I am down 15 lbs.
The only diet I ever had luck with before was the HCG diet. When I went on it, I craved carbs and had HORRIBLE mood swings. It was so awful. I didn't stabilize at the end of it and gained it all back.
I don't have those mood swings on plexus slim. I don't feel the need to strangle hubby if he wants a large fry. I get my ice water and salad or fruit and I'm happy.
If you are truly interested, find a plexus rep and try the 3 or 7 day trial and see what it does. There are many groups on facebook with testimonies. I have my 10 yr old on it with his Drs approval for overall health reasons. The drink isn't only for losing weight.
I wish you all the best in this journey to better health! :)
I haven't tried it but a friend of mine has & she has lost weight. She did state that it is expensive & she's only using it as a boost to start her weight lost. She's considering having one of those weight loss surgeries but wanted to try a non-surgery method first.
Yes, these scammers come on these kind of boards often, and on the boards of women's magazines, because women are their main target, falling often for these schemes. They get paid for each post they make.
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
It's a well know scam and pyramid scheme. People frequently start accounts here on SparkPeople just so they can post a "question" where they say, "I hear so many people talking about this product! Can it really be as wonderful as they say?"
