I go for some frozen yogurt... or just freeze a container of fruit yogurt... and then hold the outside long enough for it to slip out onto a plate (obviously need to select a brand that is wider at the top than the bottom... or cut the container off.
It tastes fantastic.... and because it is frozen SO SOLID it takes a long time to eat it.
Satisfies my desire for something cold and sweet.... and by the time it is finished, my body has figured out it has eaten it, so I'm not hungry any more... :)
