If you can't get motivated for daily walks, start with once week. Schedule your time..every Tuesday I will walk from 5 to 530. After a month, add another day. Schedule your time..every Tuesday and Friday I will walk from 5 to 530 pm. Making the appointment with your self helps a lot. Treat the appointment like you would a date with your beloved, it's something you don't want to miss. (and you are your own beloved, right?)
