Try the free week they offer first and then you will be better able to decide. My vote is no but I a crazed Triathlete who works out 6 out of 7 days.

I got 3 months free when I bought the Spark Solution book. What I really liked about it was the once a week questions you can e-mail to a coach. The answers were great! What I didn't like is the answer was just signed Spark Coach so you had no idea who the answer came from. It seemed cold. Every day there is a video to watch. Did that for the first 6 weeks and then got bored with it. I think signing up for three months is good for people struggling.

I would pay for coaching they didn't offer like a REAL coach looking at my tracker and exercise and advising me. I would also like to have a coach that has once been overweight and has been maintaining for three years or longer.

To me Spark Coach is worth it. It keeps me motivated. If you are into getting spark points, which I am not, it gives you a lot of extra points. I paid a one time flat fee for a year and am about four months into it and it is starting to repeat itself. I probably won't renew, but it has been a real bonus to get me started. It does reinforce that if you have a bad meal or day that it is okay, just get back on the horse again. It is also reassuring when you don't lose as fast as you like that this can be normal. Like somebody else said you can get the same info looking throughout the site, but it does not include the daily videos which I have not missed. Try the trial and then make the decision but remember the rest of the site is free and if you went else way you would be spending quite a bit more money. I find it an investment into my health plan, not money spent on a diet. Good luck to you.

i wasn't impressed either. The coach just reiterated everything that is on this site anyway (which i don't always agree with) Save your money.

I only used the free 2 week trial. I wasn't that impressed and, for me, I wouldn't spend any money on it.

How many of you use spark coach? Do you feel that it helps? Is it worth the subscription?

Suck it up and one day you won't have to suck it in!!!

Hebrews 12:11
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.

Life doesn't have a remote, you have to get up and change it yourself.

If it is not challenging you, then it is not changing you.
