YES ! Somedays I feel like it is too much.and give in. I know I HAVE to move more ! I not not like to exercise..any kind. I make my self walk at lunchtime at work for 15 mins. I hope soon it will not be so hard.
i can't do too many exercise because i have fibromyalgia. i'm allowed to stretch, do water aerobics and now i can try yoga. i also have a recumbent stationary bike that i've been using for 10 minutes every day. i feel better when i do something and i wish there was a heated pool with the right schedule. i love the summer classes but that pool is outdoor only. sometimes i really miss being a kid when i played sports and danced twice a week.

Yes, I have my days when I don't feel like doing anything. However, I will put on some music and dance around. There been sometimes when I just rest. It's all in how I really feel, but on most part I exercise at 6 - 7 days a week. Some days are more intense then others. You just have to find that balance for you.
Progress may be slow, but it happens! No such thing as last place only finishers.
