It could be that your diet change entered too much fiber into your system too quickly and your body didn't have enough time to adjust. Regardless, it's a symptom of a healthy diet. I bought a product called Beano, and if I chew 2 or 3 before I eat something that causes gas, it helps a lot.
This is quite embarrasing and was wondering if anyone else has had similar problem. I recently cut back on Calories and started eating healtier. And of course working out more. But now recently I have gas pains and flatulence. Can get embarrassing at times.
