I received a wonderful gift at Christmas. Just what I wanted. A rowing machine. I work out regularly, I'm in decent shape, can go for an hour on my ski machine....
Got it set up ...did 10 minutes at the lowest setting, every things great.
Waited a day, did 15 minutes at the lowest setting. Still fine

Caught a head cold, didn't work out for a few days. Two days ago did 15 minutes, every things still okay.
I was slow, I was careful..today I did 20 minutes at the lowest setting and every muscle in my rib cage is cramping! It hurts to breathe! There are not enough ways to stretch....Someone please kill me now.....need more Aleve....Cramping between shoulder blades...Why do I think tomorrow will be worse ...As Charlie Brown says: ARRRGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!
