I saw this in an advice column a couple of weeks ago and thought it was a great idea!

I'm trying to cut down on clutter...and more people send me e-mail cards that snail mail...but someone I know had a coffee table with a glass top and made a montage of vintage holiday cards to put underneath the glass for a Xmas decoration. Very nice idea

When my son was young we'd save the last years cards to use as decoration for the next year - we'd create a collage to hang on the fridge, and use others to make cut outs and attach to the front door as a way to greet guests.

I took all my Christmas cards down yesterday. There seem to be a few shops around where they collect them for recycling, or I could just put them out with the paper and card recycling. A pity, because some of them are beautiful hand made cards.

What does anyone else do with their cards?
