Hi everyone. I lost 8 pounds this summer, and I maintained that weight loss and a healthy lifestyle until around mid-November. I got off track during the holidays and gained 2.5 pounds. Yesterday was day 1 of me jumping on the bandwagon again. I am currently at 126.5 pounds, and I am hoping to get down to 120 pounds. I recently ordered some yoga dvds off of Amazon. Just curious, do y'all like yoga? Any advice? What benefits have you noticed if you used it? Is it difficult? I would just like some feedback on it. My dvds should be in tomorrow, and I am excited to try them and try yoga in general for the first time. Hope y'all are doing well and happy sparking!
