If you prep your own foods, you can also grab and go. I do this all of the time with salads and soups especially.
I'm a fan of eating real food. Most people who do meal-replacement diets immediately gain the weight back when they stop using the replacements because they don't learn how to cook or eat in a healthy way.
It's not a great long-term plan, no matter what the brand.
