I don't make resolutions. That only gives me something to break and feel bad about.
But I do spend some time at New Year's reflecting on the past year and forming goals and plans for the upcoming one. This year, I will set some goals related to exercise minutes (probably 7500 for the year) and pounds to lose.(10 - 15). I'll also set a financial goal or two (savings target) and maybe something related to my career.
