I did years ago while on several other diets, but not anymore, it only sets you up for the "January Binge" when you are too strict now.

Yes, I did not stop even when I went over on Christmas Day. That was the only day I went over and by about 350 calories. The other days I had some left

Yes. I did eat some treats, and I wanted to know my calorie and protein totals so I could adjust my intake over the next few days. I was way under on protein and slightly over on calories.

I tried! I made a handwritten list that I entered when I got back home... but it's hard to guesstimate homemade foods that were made by others. Luckily, most of what I ate was whole foods, and I didn't have to try to brainstorm about the other ingredients. I'm sure I was off in quantities of some things. I spent quite a while in front of the fruit tray! and I wasn't counting pieces, either. LOL

I did pretty well. But I didn't obsess about it. It was Christmas! gotta cut myself some slack sometimes.

Nope, I didn't even bother or cared. I was doing a whole lot of prepping and preparing for my Christmas Dinner guest. I knew how the food was prepared and cooked. Lots of healthy meal overhauled.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

nope but I did great. I even had a bite of two different treats but left the rest alone. I just needed a taste to not feel deprived!

yes I did. I believe that Christmas is not an excuse to eat what ever I wanted and I didn't. I was right within my calorie range for which I am proud of. I have come a long way baby....

No, and I won't New Years Day, either. Just for me, personally...I just need to have 1 day (esp. a holiday) that I don't need to track, and just relax a bit with it.

I can pretty much eye ball something that day and know if the portion is correct, and know if that food is high in fat, high in carbs. Christmas I doubled up on greenbeans, only ate a tiny helping of mashed potatoes, ate more prime rib, said no to bread.

It helps, too, that I'm not big on desserts, lol :)

But to each his own!

The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.

I found Christmas Eve and Day (with party and pot luck dinner) difficult to record at a time I wanted to spend my time elsewhere. I gave it a good faith effort and then listed the rest (that I could remember) in notes. I didn't do extremely well avoiding every fattening item, but only ate a small portion of what I would have eaten before SP.
What about the rest of y'all?
