I have a powerful blender so I make a lot of smoothies. ( it's so much easier to clean the blender than a juicer!). At work I have to eat on the fly sometime, so I take a big green smoothie with me, made with bananas, almond milk, nut butter, maca, cacao nibs, spinach and kale and maybe some rice protein powder. Currently I'm loving blending fresh pineapple, pomegranate and cranberries---very holiday-ish!

I occasionally make smoothies using whole fruits and vegetables. I throw them into the blender with a liquid. That way, I am not losing the good stuff like fiber. And it's a way to change things up. I get bored just eating fruits and vegetables all the time.
