I am already thinking of how I can improve my life in 2014. 2013 I started following SP & have used and loved many of the recipes, I have changed my eating habits. I was wearing a 1x and now the XL is getting loose. I have only 2 pair of jeans in my closet that are too small, and were when I bought them.
I hate tracking my food and don't do it because I spend more time trying to find the food in the SP tracker than I do eating the food. In 2014 I will track at least 1 meal a day & all snacks. I do not formally exercise, but have been painting the inside of my house from top to bottom & when I finish I will join a gym. Also I think I will start weighing myself. I have not done this since Oct because in the past it makes me depressed and then I go back to old habits. I have been monitoring my loss by my clothes - which actually works for me.
I am interested in reading other people thoughts for 2014 so I can incorporate other ideas into my goals.
