When my kids were young it use to make me furious that people would start to leave right after their kids performed, in the middle of the program, while the rest of ours were still waiting in the wings.....if you don't want to miss it, I would recommend sitting in the last row so as to not interrupt the show or the parents waiting and watching patiently.

After unexpectedly stumbling into a musical performance at the library, I got the hankering to get myself even more into the holiday spirit by attending the children's chorus concert at my local elementary school. However, I looked up the school calendar, and the timing is so that I would have to leave about a half hour before the show actually ends. Even if I do so inconspicuously, would it be too offensive? Should I just not go?
