PB & J Smoothie
1 cup of non-fat milk, 1 cup frozen mixed strawberries, half of a banana (frozen and sliced), 1 tablespoon of chia or ground flax seed, 1 packet stevia, 1-2 tablespoons of PB2
I have this as a dessert with supper and it keeps me full all night long so no late night cravings.
