The hardest part of starting a new fitness lifestyle for the last-first time is that the real people in our lives don't really get it. Couch potatoes tend to veg together.
You can't look to them for support. They unintentionally work against you ... AND at times you will work against yourself.
Log in everyday! Use the bonus wheel goal everyday; read articles; force that 10 minutes of exercise in ( at least) AND remember that it is like AA ... You only concentrate on being fitness sober one day at a time.
