If you already have a smart phone then you can go to your settings and find out how much data you are already using with your other aps.

And then when you sign up read all the disclaimers. You know when you sign up for a free ap and it tells you that you are giving the ap permission to do all these things to your phone. That might help.

Made it to my maintenance weight of 125 pounds.

Even though I have reached goal. I still don't know everything about weight loss.

So I hope this question makes sense. I'm trying to figure out how big of a data package I need for a smart phone.

I was wanting to use an app like Map My Run or something similar to help me calculate my miles. But how often do these apps "access" the internet? I don't want to buy a base plan and have to pay a lot of fees because my phone has to be connected constantly to tell me how many miles I'm running.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about? And can you give a rough estimate of data usage for running? I'd like to squeak by on as little as I can. Thanks!
