a non fat latte with no sugar or flavors isn't that bad for you. Its just coffee and milk. most places you can ask for a scoop of protein powder added. most time if I'm splurging on a latte, I ask for 2% milk. that adds just enough "sweetness" to the drink, without having to add sugar or flavoring.
All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.
