Cheated. Met with friends I had not seen for a year. Had salmon, fried okra and mashed potatoes. Drank water. This is the first veggies that were 'out of limits' I've had in weeks. I split the meal, so I have the other half for tonight. Was so worth it to splurge and catch up. Lunch lasted over 2 hrs. emoticon .
