Renata i commend you for knowing who you are despite the situation .. but you got to realize we all are different and go through our own struggles and deal with them differently... encourage someone to deal with theirs better in inspiring words. thats what we all need .

You aren't eating enough calories for your build etc. Your body will think it is starving and keep the weight on as a defensive mechanism. Google SP and find out what the average calories for someone who is your height and weight should be as you are aiming for a 1 to 2 lb weight loss a week.

i have had my share of bad times.. i usually just dealt with it in auto drive.. this usually leads to bad choices and loss of organization. i recently had a moment of clarity and realized OMG i am 20 lbs heavier and i have lost my limberness. so into the last part of my first week i am up to 2 miles a day and 1300 - 1500 a day calorie intake. and i only drink water. i fell great and i want anyone struggling to grab my shirt tail and lets do this journey together. i promise no matter where you are at in life this can be accomplished and i want us to do it together.. spark people....... you all are special and inspiring to me and each other.. lets stand together team!!!! ohhh i bought a weight set today... tomarrow its on!!!!!! HOORAH
