I was one of the suckers who tried Raspberry ketones! Lol! Mostly, it just gave me a weird reflux... I would burp raspberry. I noticed no difference whatsoever. I also tried garcinia cambogia. Another waste o time.
Raspberry ketones, green coffee bean extract, some sort of white bean extract (I don't remember what it's called, but that's what it is, white beans)... all the same sort of hooey. Like a pp mentioned already-- it's a billion dollar business, preying on people's desires to find an easier, softer way than just cutting back on the eating and getting some exercise.
NONE of that stuff is regulated. You can buy a bottle that says "contains 50% or 100%" of whatever the magic ingredient is... and it could (and probably DOES) contain NONE of it. Those few people who took that stuff and lost weight-- personally I'm willing to bet it was probably all psychological. The placebo effect.

Another rip off supplement, don't believe the advertisements. Read Nutrition Action newsletter, they tell you about the faulty research done on most of these supplements....Billion dollar business, keep that thought in your mind before spending your dough.
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
