When I first started this happened to me, too. I actually had to sub back in some full-fat cheeses and that sort of thing to get up to my minimum. Try dipping some of your fruit in peanut butter and things like that, too. :)

If you don't eat enough cal you will stop losing weight. Just eat more fruit and veg, make a big salad to keep in the fridge and nibble on that. You can do it.

Oh, do I ever eat good healthy foods, That is at least 10 servings of fruits and vegetables, vegetable soup, salads galore, fruit, yogurt, skim milk, baked fish, whole wheat bread, and oh yes complete vitamin-mineral supplements. Plus 2 quarts of water per day!

The only "diet" that works is consistency!

I've had a complete physical, but not right before this plan. I'm having one in a few weeks. I do take a complete vitamin-mineral supplement though.

You really need to eat at least your minimum everyday. Try adding some healthy fats earlier in the day to help you reach your goal. Maybe add some olive oil to a salad. Or some nuts to your morning cereal or as a snack.

Dropping below 1200 calories is not recommended as your dropping below the minimum daily need for a woman. You will actually lose more weight if you at least your minimum and if you are working out, your maximum.

I'm glad your appetite has decreased! It makes staying on track a little easier. You just really want to make sure that you are eating good, healthy foods.

emoticon When I first came on Spark People a couple of weeks ago, I tried following the plan to the best of my ability. It was hard, but I did it and I was often hungry. Well, prayers come true, because I prayed for a reduced appetite, and now I can hardly finish my plan. My plan calls for 1200-1550 calories per day. When I get to 900 or 1000 I am stuffed! I often forget my snack, go to sleep and its the next morning. emoticon Is this okay? Is this normal? Or am I going overboard? I want to lose weight the right way.
