The Countdown Begins... 1 Week ta Go!
Looks like we are going to have a good turn out and a lot of support!
Don't lose heart.
Sometimes we get really excited and then when the challenge starts we can feel like it is too much and if you do not accomplish everything and by the book we fail..
NOT TRUE... Each day all we can do is take that day and do our best.
Many of us may find that due to life and the punches it can throw, we may not be able to accomplish that calendar day of fitness or food challenge.?.
We can find victory during the hard days even if it's just in our attitude!
On the hard days make up your mind to SPEAK and THINK Good Thoughts and find something Positive to focus on.
Let's say we didn't get in the fitness or food challenge.
We can then share "At least I didn't go through a drive through. I did this or that instead."
That's a VICTORY!
Or... "I didn't get in the fitness, but I'm aware of the changes I'm making and I have the mindset to do better tomorrow and I may even find some extra ways to exercise more."
