I spend about 45-60 mins here in the morning while I drink my coffee. I earn my Spark points for the day, visit the community, do my tracking, etc. Then I just visit a couple times during the day to do a quick check of my meal plans for the day or calculate recipes.
I try to limit my time spent on the computer in place of physical activity. However, with the winter coming I fear I may be filling some gaps of boredom with computer time.
