So I figured the best way to meet my goals is to make them public. I want to have it somewhere that I will have to stay accountable.
That being said here are my goals:
*8 Cups of water each day
*Stay within calorie range everyday
*Do spark video 5x this week
I will be keeping track of these goals in my daily blog for those who would like to keep track of how I am doing.
