Yes, but then again I was 39 when our one and only son was born....I gained a ton of weight and stretched the bejeesus out of my stomach.....I had a stomach that was once flat but yes it is now tad jiggly but I wouldn't trade my son for some tight skin.....I can accept the trade. Just keep working at it, it will reshape to a certain degree.

It's probably loose skin. Your skin stretched a lot while you were pregnant. There will probably be some loose skin for a while. It mostly depends on genetics. You only gave birth three months ago and it took the better part of a year for your skin to stretch. Give it time. It can take at least a year for it to shrink back, and even then it may never shrink completely.

Just one more of those things about having children they don't tell you.

EXERCISE BECAUSE YOU LOVE YOUR BODY,
NOT BECAUSE YOU HATE IT.

Be not afraid of going slowly; be afraid only of standing still.

A lot of times that area is the last place you'll lose fat, so you might still notice some improvement as you reach your goal. If it's excess skin and it hasn't been that long since you were pregnant, you might find that skin shrinks back more over time. There's no way to target fat loss to a specific area of the body, but eventually it should come from those areas where you carry excess.

Hey all! I've gone down about twenty pounds in the last three months after having my last son (a ten pounder) and now that I'm getting closer to my goal, I've noticed that my stomach seems jigglier than it did before-has anyone encountered this? Am I just looking at loose skin plus fat? It is very discouraging.
