I am for the first time in a decade NOT using any scales or tape measures. I am going old school- using my clothing. I could care less how much I weigh, it's my clothes that I want to wear that matter.
In the past I can say from experience that the scale wasn't much help for me anyhow. The last time I was a member here I lost only 30-35 pounds but 65+ inches and over 5 jean sizes. Had I gone by the scale I would have been disappointed. I had months that I didn't lose weight, many times back-to-back. However, I'd drop 2-4 inches.
I say ditch the scale. And FYI Body Fat% on scales is very inaccurate. The readings will fluctuate wildly including if you are retaining water or if your digestive system is out of wack.
