I'm female, and at 5'5", 150lbs is at the cusp of a healthy BMI. I stalled out around 150-155 for while. So I dedicated myself to more lifting and HIIT, and being more careful about my diet. After losing barely 1 pound a month for a few months, I just weighed in down 3 lbs. My goal is somewhere between 135 and 140, so I'm almost at goal - I'm not surprised, nor worried about the slow pace. I'm mostly looking more at improving my fitness and body composition than the number on the scale at this point.

Take a look at what is normal for your gender and height. If you are at a healthy weight and all you want to lose are vanity pounds, then those may be pounds that don't need to come off, and may be very difficult to lose. You may want to shift your focus from the scale. However, if you are still looking to reach a healthy weight, take a look at your eating and fitness. Are you eating too little for how active you are? Are you not being dedicated enough to tracking or are you taking to many little extras (not counting the little bites here and there)? Are you still dialing in the same old fitness routine that you've been doing for months and need to challenge yourself? And so forth.

At 150lb, unless you are really short, I would imagine you are already a healthy weight and your body NEEDS to stay at that weight! Sometimes our goal isn't what is best for our body!
