Me too, yesterday and today...which is really unusual for me.
After lunch I tore up a bunch of kale and made chips--3C kale with 1 t olive oil, roast in oven at 400 for about ten minutes. Then I added some homemade Mexican seasoning and a tiny bit of salt. Smoked paprika is good on kale too. Felt very indulgent but it was only 22 carbs.
