Good job!

I've gone from size 24 jeans to size 8. I've been in a long plateau over the last year for medical reasons...but even though the scale is stuck, I still seem to be getting thinner. It's strange, but I will take it!

I tried on some dresses this weekend and was super excited that one of the 'too small' but thought it might fit dresses actually did fit!

I have also upped my pushups from 10 a set to 15 a set! I can see my colar bone again!

Fantastic work! I'm having a hard time dealing with not losing weight, even though I've gone down a pants size. I love seeing your great outlook toward NSVs.

emoticon emoticon Always love an excuse to buy new clothes, or old clothes that have been grown out of. Keep up all your hard work. The scale does not always matter, no one sees that number but you, but people can tell if yours clothes fit. emoticon

That is how it has been for me, not much on the scale but down 1 1/2 sizes in clothes.

I am definitely still losing inches in my waist and hips, and their is more of a diliniation between the two. I am off the heavy sugar products and white flour very seldom. I am getting more exercise than I have in years. emoticon

Being able to wear clothing that didn't fit and now does is a wonderful feeling. Fitting into chairs that have arms or not having to worry that the restroom stalls are to small is great too.I can fasten my seat belt with no problem and sit comfortably in the movie theater. The list is long and they are all good indicators that the pounds are coming off, so don't sweat over the scale. emoticon

I will second that emotion! I've lost 30 pounds but I have a hard time seeing it in the mirror but all my clothes were too big and I had to move down a full size and start wearing clothes I had stored in drawers for "someday" - well, that day is now and I've got more waiting for me when these get too big!

Lay aside life-harming heaviness and entertain a cheerful disposition.

Hurrah for you! It feels so good to be able to wear something that used to be too small.

SHAYLAVSG13: Great job! Your feeling reminds me of when I had dropped just over 45 pounds and tried on a pair of 32" waist black jeans that I had not worn since the '80's. I understand your elation because I was amazed as to how good it felt not to have to wear 35" jeans any more.

Again, great job! Now, go out and buy yourself some new clothes to celebrate your victory!

I tried on two pairs of jeans that I have not worn in about 2 years and they FIT!!! From a size 26/28+ to a 20 && 22!!! emoticon

So even though you may not see a drop on the scale there are always changes going on behind the scenes in our bodies! Inches coming off, fears being conquered, jeans that wouldn't go up over our thighs NOW FITTING!! Whatever it is, it is a VICTORY! What is one Non Scale Victory (NSV) that you have accomplished today?
