I am maintaining, but I have to work at it daily. I have challenges with my diet because I have gastroparesis, and challenges with exercise because I have chronic bone pain from cancer and chronic anemia from chemo. I am not using cancer as an excuse to give up though!

Definitely a roller coaster, but not a very steep one. Like a kiddie roller coaster. Up a little, down a little, up, down...and pretty relaxed about it. Now that my mindset is back into focus, though, I am working on climbing the mountain.

Off and on, like a light switch, sometime you leave it on for a long time, and other times, you shut it off, often. Been that way for around 50 yrs. I'm used to it. It means I really don't want to do it, and I need to face that fact.
Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.

Standing still as it has for the last 15 months. I even went to an endocrinologist. During the initial appointment, I think he didn't believe that I work out as much as I do. I still don't think he believes me but I finally am going in for some additional tests.
I'd have to say "merry go round". It does seem as though I just keep going around the "mountain" rather than climbing it. It's the same thing over and over. the thing that SP has changed about this time is that I recognize it and there are members out there who are struggling with the same things and who challenge me every day to do better for myself.
