I'm w/ Bellydog. My NSV was last week when I noticed i could do my walk w/ little pain !! emoticon

@Bellydog- Congrats on the NSV!!!! I'm there with you on the knee and ankle pain! I have found that there is a definite time limit for me, 20 min of exercise, and then the pain comes. The level and duration of the pain is dependent on the level of effort. More effort means increasingly more pain and longer recovery.

My most recent NSV was tonight on the treadmill and comfortably walking 3 MPH for 20 minutes. Knees and ankles fine. Not completely painfree, but close. At the beginning of my journey I was hobbling (not walking) one mile with Dog. Now Dog is old I can out walk her.

Victories can be elusive in the arena of changing ones body. So today I had the pleasure of feeling my waist band bunch up in the back as cinched down my belt!!! Makes the scale report a little easier to deal with.
