@Bellydog- Congrats on the NSV!!!! I'm there with you on the knee and ankle pain! I have found that there is a definite time limit for me, 20 min of exercise, and then the pain comes. The level and duration of the pain is dependent on the level of effort. More effort means increasingly more pain and longer recovery.
