Using the recipe builder would be best if you're able to find values for celery juice. Otherwise, I would err on the side of caution and track it as an equal volume of the highest-calorie juice. I haven't compared apple and carrot, but I'm guessing apple is higher in calories and lower in nutrients, so I personally would measure it and track it as that amount of apple juice. If you're sodium-sensitive, you might also track a half dash of salt to account for the sodium in the celery juice.

I am jumping into the juicing trend and making my own homemade juices. How would I track this in my nutrition tracker? For example, I made one today that was 4 celery, 3 carrots, and 2 apples. I don't think I would just track it as such because I don't use the pulp.

Any help would be great! Thanks!!!
