As a side note, though, definitely find another way to reward yourself not food related. How much sense does it make to reward weight loss with an unhealthy food choice? I definitely believe in giving into cravings, I do all the time in moderation, but only when you have them, not as a reward. You're working too hard to do that to yourself!
