The thing I've learned about a healthy food program is that you have to have some sort of plan. It can be as small as adding 1 fruit/veggie to your daily food intake but it has to be something. You can't wake up and think "today I am going to eat healthy" because that is recipe for failure.
Have you set your "fast break" goals? If not, I encourage you to do so. Track all of your food. Increase your water intake. These small goals build on each other.
One last thing, I have found that when I am not making good food choices, I am usually eating far more than I think I am.
You may want to go to a nutritionist and get a food plan to meet your specific needs.
If you don't love your body now, you won't love it after you reach your goal!!!
